Obituary of Edmund Lawrence Adams

Edmund Laurance Adams entered this existence 7 November 1964.  He was born to Nathan Albert (preceeded in death) and Kathleen Allen Adams.

To say Ed was a kind and gentle soul is such an understatement, because Ed touched the lives of everyone with whom he came in contact.

Ed grew up with nine siblings: Nathan, Liz, Sam (preceeded in death), Merrill, William, Jim, George, Joel and Ben. His childhood was spent on a farm where he milked cows, drove the tractor, picked fruit and played in the foothills.  Everyone who knew him will remember a kid in jeans, wearing no shirt, but always sporting  a huge smile on his face, as he climbed a cherry tree and ate to his heart's content.  Memories that brought him joy were milking Sprink (the gentle cow) and riding No Ears (his sweet calf).

Ed graduated from American Fork High School in 1984.  After high school, Ed spent time as a Missionary for the LDS church, serving in Florida. Ed then went to work at Mity-Lite and spent the rest of his life sharing his heart with the great folks that surrounded him at work. Ed was a hard worker and very dedicated to his job.

Edmund loved farming and the land.  He collected all kinds of old farm gadgets, and he found joy in sharing his finds with others.  His FarmAll tractor was the gem in his collection.

Saigon, Ford, Buffer, and Cubby were a source of pure love to his heart.  Eddy loved animals and they loved him.

The true joy in Ed’s life was his dear wife LaRae Pectal Adams who has preceeded him to heaven.  She hugged him when he passed over.

Edmund, a dear son, brother, uncle, coworker and husband will be missed, but his love will be a treasured memory that will remain with us all.
