When Terik was a student at Timberline Middle School, I had the opportunity on numerous occasions to interact with Terik, to observe his interactions with others, and especially to see and feel of his genuine goodness and his desires to love and service others! Terik was always determined to love, serve, help, listen to others, and brighten their lives in very gifted and insightful ways! He was genuine in his reaching out to others, and because he focused on others so much, it was easy to overlook Terik's needs or struggles. There must have been internal suffering, but because Terik was so involved in serving others, I am afraid that he suffered in silence!
I believe that Terik is now busy at work on the other side, serving as a minister to others - helping all to come unto Christ to surrender their burdens of suffering and grief to be swallowed up in power of the Savior's perfect Atonement! We will also be comforted and given peace as we surrender our pains and sorrows to the Savior.
Dear Gagon family, we love you, we pray for you, we long for the day when your overwhelming grief will turn into peace and joy!
