Lowery & Dennis Family,
I don't know what Gaila's circumstances were before she died. I'm her first cousin, through Jody Spencer, my mother is Vonda Spencer Llewelyn. Gaila & I grew up as cousin's, playing at the American Fork High School, riding bikes there mostly, and playing on the bleachers. Often we were asked to go into town and get a gallon of rootbeer. We played lots of night games, with my brothers & sisters, and hers. There were fun times playing in the apple orchard, riding in the boat, when Uncle Jody would irrigate. I will never the the tuna sandwiches, that we all ate alot of. Through the years we grew up and lost track of each other. Going about life, and getting married, and having children of our own. In 1986, I met up with Gaila again, at our grandma Spencer's funeral. We started sending Christmas cards to each other for years, even up to the time she met Steve. Then again, I lost track of her, and never heard from her again.
My deepest condolences go out to her family. She will be greatly missed, she is a very special spirit. She touched so many that she knew, I know that she has touched my life, and I will always remember her, and cherish the memories of when we were young. Rest in peace my sweet cousin Gaila.
