Pat and I had our NW background in common and were widows for years before we each married again about the same time. She was such a wise, fun dear friend. We walked and joined with the Monday Night Girls together. I loved her sharing her NW life, her mission experiences and nutrition tips. We had large families and many grandchildren in common. She made my life better and I will miss her dearly.

As I was listening to the funeral procession for Pat I realised that she was buried on the very day my family and I were baptised in 1995 , Ezra baptised my parents , my husband, my first born son and I on 18 February my late brother sang solo I Need Thee Every Hour with Pat playing the keyboard on this special day. How I loved her and Ezra may the good Lord comfort the family and please know she has fought a good fight our love and prayers to you all from Zimbabwe

Pat was a beautiful lady inside and out. Even thought she was the mother of my dear friend Karen, I feel like she became a friend to me also. We had some great conversations about topics of mutual interest in Spokane Washington. Wonderful person!!

My life was blessed by associating with Pat in Richland, WA. She was so gracious, kind, talented and fun. I last spoke with her in Denver, CO. She and Ward were having to wait out a storm before they could continue their flight. So many good memories of time spent with Pat. Wonderful woman.
