Obituary of Patricia Janet Harnack Eide

Patricia Janet Harnack Eide, 79, of Chula Vista, California passed away January 29, 2019 surrounded by her family in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Born May 31, 1939 in Hammond, Indiana the daughter of Vernon Lester and Mary Katherine Balta Harnack. She married Peder Johan Eide August 30, 1963 in Coronado, California. He preceded her in death August 11, 1999.

Patricia loved to sing and sang opera at a young age. She will be remembered by her family as having a song for everything. She was an avid reader.  She was also very active in her church and community serving as a pink lady for many years. Patricia is
survived by her daughters: Michele Kettl Jones and Karen Carteron; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Peder, her parents, and two brothers John and George Harnack. Private family services will be held. Please share a memory or condolence at andersonmortuary.com.
