Obituary of Emma Loraine Burton Woolstenhulme

Emma Lorraine Burton Woolstenhulme, 93, of Highland, passed away November 25, 2017 in Lehi, Utah. Born December 1, 1923 in Sunnyside, Utah the daughter of Horace John Burton and Harriet “Hattie” Hansen. She married Cyril Clyde Woolstenhulme October 4, 1943 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple he preceded her in death March 23, 2012. She was an award winning oil painting artist and musician who shared her talents on the piano and organ with many at her church and senior citizens group. Survivors include her children: Daniel (Liz) Woolstenhulme; Steven (Francine) Woolstenhulme; Elisa (Brian) Ewell; Annette (Joe) Stanton; 18 grandchildren; and 38 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, a son Robert Clyde; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Roy and Candice Leigh Carter; her parents; two sisters and 4 brothers. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Anderson & Sons Lone Peak Chapel, 6141 East 11000 North Highland where a viewing will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm and Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 am prior to the services. Burial in the Highland Cemetery.
