When we moved in as next door neighbors to the Johnson family in September 2013 Bryan gave us a box full of air soft guns equipment his kids no longer used. My 5 sons loved it! He invited my boys to play with their dogs anytime they wanted. He was always so willing to lend us tools (the most significant of which was when we built a deck in our backyard). Bryan even came out late one night and volunteered to help me with construction and give me advice (it was late and windy and cold the night he came over).
