Obituary of Zelda Marie Lund Stephens Morgan

Zelda Marie Lund Stephens Morgan passed away peacefully at her home on April 26, 2018.  She was born to Niels and Onez Lund August 9, 1935.  She was a graduate of South High.  She loved sewing, quilting, movies, long rides in the car and family outings. 

She grew up in Boulevard Gardens with 9 siblings sharing the basement.  She was very independent and a little stubborn at times.  She was very generous and would give away all her quilts.  She was always a good friend and lifted others burdens.  She was an active member of the LDS Church.  She married Warren Lamar Stephens April 12, 1953 in Salt Lake City.  Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.

Zelda is survived by her son and 2 daughters: Lynn (Dwayne) Bean, Jay (Pam) Stephens, and Kay (Robert) Rassmussen, 15 grandchildren, a brother Karl (Carol) Lund.  She was preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters and a grandson Robert Bean.  She met and married Donald Morgan who also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the American Fork 19th Ward, 1305 North 100 East.  A viewing will be Monday from 9:00-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services. Burial will be at Valley View Memorial Park.  Please share a memory at andersonmortuary.com.
