I remember Grandma always having a good time with us outside in her backyard. She taught us to play bad-mitten and loved to watch us go at it. We'll miss you Grandma.

Joanne and family:
We are very sad to lose such a lovely woman and we know how much you will miss "Mumzie". She was such a joy to be around and when we would visit her we got to tour her beautiful yard and listen to so many stories. She had an amazing memory and could entertain us for hours. Wish we had lived closer to her. She lived life to the fullest and with great joy and she loved her Joanne and other family members so much. You have such wonderful memories and you are so lucky to have had such an amzing mother!
With Love,
Reed, Sue and family

Precious memories from the year 2007 when I moved to my home next door to my friend Connie ... we giggled and told each other stories about our lives ... I visited often, she was always the happiest when I brought my grandchildren to see her. Son, Jay would walk her around the block in the sunny days of Spring and Summer. Her son that lived further away brought joy each and every time his family arrived ... her grandchildren were the joy of her life. And babies just brought her full sized JOY ... five years ago her daughter JoAnn from Alpine started spending the nights and partial days taking care of her Mumzie's personal needs, also would take her to her home for long visits ... that's when I appreciated Connie giving me pieces of her heart ... her daugheter JoAnn! We immediately took off in the same mode ... Mumzie was helped to bed around 10:00 PM and JoAnn would run next door so we could giggle, go on walks, share treasures we had found for one another, do some nail painting, share books ... Connie's smile was contatgious and her daughter inherited her smile. Love this Carlson family and feel such honor to be in their neighborhood ... will miss Connie and Joann as I know she will be spending time with the love of her life hubby Curt
