Obituary of ReNae Beck Keetch

ReNae Beck Keetch, 68, of Alpine, Utah, passed away on February 17, 2018 at the IMC in Murray, Utah surrounded by her family.

ReNae was born June 9, 1949 in American Fork, Utah to Verland Grace (Healey) and Leland Beck.  She was the youngest of eight children.   She married her eternal companion, Fred Keetch on Sept 5, 1969 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Early in her life she attended American Fork High School where she was a member of the Pep Club, Cavette drill team, and FHA and along with being an honor student. She held many positions within the LDS church and faithfully fulfilled her callings in the Primary, Young Women’s, and Relief Society.  She has a strong testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ and lived a life enriched by the gospel.

She enjoyed home making crafts for many occasions especially when it came to family and church events. She would spend hours on different projects, parties and events making sure that they were planned to perfection.  She also enjoyed camping, reading, cooking, and sewing.  She loved spending time with her family and loved her grandkids dearly.

She enjoyed working at Alpine Book, and Bank of American Fork where she made many friendships. 

ReNae is survived by her husband Fred of Alpine; children Brandon Scott Keetch (Cyndie) of American Fork, UT, Tammany Williams (Brandon) of Pleasant Grove, UT, and Jed Wyatt Keetch (Shannaly) of West Jordan, UT.  She is also survived by her siblings Ross Beck, LaRene Drew (Lamar), Kathleen Brown, Deanna Brown (Ken), and Cheryl Walker; 12 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.

ReNae was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Rea Carlton and Cleo Shepherd.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Creekside LDS Ward chapel, 327 Long Drive Court in Alpine, Utah.  Viewings are Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 6141 West 11000 North in Highland, or Friday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services.  Interment will be at the Alpine City Cemetery.  Condolences may be shared at andersonmortuary.com
