I wish I could have know you. I wish I would have tried harder to have a relationship with you when I had the opportunity as a young teenager. I went to your house and knocked on your door once when I was passing through Utah. I was so nervous. I was probably 35 years old. You were not home so I took my family to a nearby park and wrote you a long letter. I don't know if you ever received the letter. I wished you could have known me. I wonder if you would be proud of the person I am. There is a big space in my heart I wish I could fill with memories of my father. I think I love you still. If anyone is reading this and has wanted to contact a relative who you have wanted to know, do it now before it is too late. I may write again here someday, to you Father.

My big brother, my heart aches knowing that I will never hear your voice in this life ever again. I always felt safe when you were around and you always took such good care of us girls. When you met Ginger, I was young but I could see in your face how much you loved her. That was the type of love that never ends. You were such a great husband to her and a wonderful confidant and friend. I miss you everyday and will miss you everyday for the rest of my life. Enjoy basking in the glory of our Savior, until we meet again, you baby sister.

Danny was a very kind hearted human being, I was lucky to know him. Everyone he made contact with always had a smile and everyone knew him where ever he went he was a great man. He loved golf and being a great father figure to James. May he rest in peace and always be watching over Ginger and James! They may have lost a loved one but they gained a guardian angel :)

My condolences to Ginger. And to each and every one of Earl's sisters, my deepest sympathy.
Earl, I didn't have a chance to tell you how remarkable your children are.
Your son Jeremy, 38 years old, recently married for the first time and has a beautiful son named Bennett, 1 year old. Jeremy is a very attentive, loving and caring father. I have never seen Jeremy happier than when he is with his son. He spends every spare moment with Bennett. Jeremy is a very committed and caring husband. Jeremy is a thinker, an avid reader, an astute listener, an intelligent conversationalist and has a broad knowledge of many, many subjects. Jeremy is a talented musician and has the ability to play almost any musical instrument. He has been a member of a lot of popular bands in Phoenix and is often mentioned in the media as one of the best guitarists around. Jeremy is quick-witted and is very, very funny! He can turn any situation into making people laugh - but not as a show-off because Jeremy is very humble. Jeremy is quiet, introverted and gentle. Jeremy is athletic and enjoys running and riding his bicycle as well as running marathons. He just completed his first triathlon and is in training for an Iron Man next! Jeremy is a manager at his job in the social work/mental health field.
Your daughter, Jenny, 37 years old is married and has been with her husband for 15 years. Jenny has two beautiful daughters - Charlotte aged 9 and Lucia aged 7. Jenny is expecting a new baby in March! Jenny is an excellent mother and her life happily revolves around her children, who are smart, polite and very-well looked after. Jenny is a great cook and housekeeper. Jenny is a very loyal wife. Jenny is very creative in everything she does and loves to use her creativity in making her house her home by remodelling, doing artwork to display around her home and tending to beautiful vegetable and flower gardens. Jenny is a gifted singer and was in the very exclusive Phoenix Girls Choir when she was a teenager, where she was often asked to perform solos. Jenny plays the cello and the acoustic guitar. Jenny is thoughtful and kind and puts others before herself. If Jenny sees a need, she will help any person that she can because she is very tender-hearted. Jenny is beautiful and lights up every room that she walks into with her bright eyes and her smile. Jenny attained high marks at college and is very close to getting a degree in social work. My family refers to Jenny as “THE AMAZING JENNY” because she is so multi-talented and well organized.
Earl, I am sorry that due to life’s circumstances you were unable to get to know your children well. I am sorry that you never got to meet your three grandchildren Charlotte, Lucia and Bennett as they are delightful! And I thought that you should know because they are all exceptional human beings.
If any of Earl’s family wish to contact me, I will pass any messages on to Jeremy and Jenny. My email: sandshadow@gmail.com
