Obituary of DArlene Jones Clements

Mom, Darlene Jones Clements, 79, left us today, July 18, 2014 in Pleasant Grove, Utah, heading out to go “Fishin”. Born September 19, 1934 in Ogden, Utah to Aldred and LaVon Jones. To say Mom was tough is an understatement! She raised a “yours, mine and our” family. Mom loved camping, boating, water skiing and especially “FISHING”! Her favorite place to enjoy life and family was Lake Powell. She is survived by her children: Val Clements-DiGiantommasso, and Martin, Pamela, Larry and Gwen Clements, step-sons William P. Clements Jr and Clark T. Clements, and a plethora of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, William P. Clements, Sr., and daughters Sheila Clements Brown and Pauline Clements Lane. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Camp Williams Chapel, 17111 Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, UT. A viewing will be held Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork. Burial is at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
