I am so sorry for your loss! I am sure that she is already up in heaven and together with God. I used to not understand why people die. I figure, if God really loves us, then why do we have to die? Then I realized that our lives are only borrowed from God. Our life here on Earth is temporary because the eternal life that we are longing for can only be achieved once we pass away. We should not be afraid to die because it means that our time is over here and it is finally the time we join God.

Mary was a dear precious sister and friend. Her qualities of love, service, and compassion will always be remembered. she always greeted people as though they were the greatest most awesome person in the world. With Mary you would always feel better, she had the ability and gift to cheer the souls of others. Yes I have missed her presence, but am also happy for her next phase of life with her other loved ones. She has left a beautiful legacy to you her dear family because of who she was and what she did.
My love to all of you! Charlotte J. Coleman

Sad to hear of Mary's passing. I worked with her at UVU for over 20 years, most of it in the same office. We had a lot of fun playing music together. When office b-days came around, Mary played the Uke and I the harmonica. She was like a mother to me and we both loved music. One of the most cherished memories of Mary was when we all came early to decorate Mary's office for her own B-day, only to find out when she walked in that it wasn't her B-day at all, but we celebrated non the less. From that time forward, when we wanted a office party, we would say 'Must be Mary's Birthday"!
