Obituary of Nelwyn jeanene gray cranfill
Nelwyn Jeanene Gray Cranfill
Beloved daughter of Fred Gray and Leona Crockett, born March 22, 1931 in Denison, Texas passed away suddenly on September 27, 2014 in American Fork, Utah from complications with cancer. Loved by all she was a strong and quietly brave soul. She passed through her trials quietly and with dignity. Her eternal reward is assured. No child ever had a better mother or truer friend and ally. She was a loving mother and doting grandmother. To her son she was a safe port in rough seas, and she adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents and brother Johnny, she is once again at peace in the arms of her parents. She saved many souls by her genealogical efforts and has no doubt now met those loved ones who owe her so much eternally.
Survived by son Steve Cranfill of Lehi, Utah, Grandaughter Holly Needleman of Lehi and grandson James Cranfill of Lehi, sister Patricia Grant of Mesa, AZ, and her beloved great grandchildren Alexis, Tyler and Kaleb.
Graduated from Sherman High, Class of 1948 Sherman, Texas. Your illness tore you from us so suddenly. Til’ we meet at Jesus’ feet. Private services will be held under the direction of Anderson & Sons Mortuary. Please share memories and condolences at andersonmortuary.com.
