I had the privilege of being in the same ward as Sharon and Keith for the past twenty years. Sharon has always been such a great example to me. She was a stalwart in our ward. She served as our ward Relief Society president and she also served as the stake Relief Society president. She always served with love and kindness, she was very dedicated in all she did. I will miss Sharon's smile and her fun laugh. She often talked about her family and I knew they were so important to her. When my children were small I loved the little tidbits of wisdom she often shared with me about rearing children. I will always remember her for that.
I am a better person for knowing Sharon Stroud......what a wonderful, classy, virtuous, amazing woman!

We had the honor of living in the same ward for a time with the Stroud family. What an amazing family Keith and Sharon have raised. We have always thought so highly of each of you. Our daughters were blessed to take dance lessons from Sandy and then from Stephanie. Stacy tended our girls a few times when they were little. We loved Sharon and was surprised at her passing, as we had just visited with her, for quite some time, as we stood in line at another viewing of a previous ward member. We had such a good visit with Sharon. She was the same as we had remembered her; full of love and happiness, loved her family and was proud of each one, and truly loved the gospel. She and Keith are truly a match made in Heaven. Sharon was such a hard working lady and always went the extra mile to help out. She was an example of Christ-like love to all of us. We will miss her and her beautiful smile. We express our love and sympathy to Keith and to each of you, her family members. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Keith---and family: I first met Sharon when Keith became my boss in the Human Services business. He was a good boss; she was a good woman and friend to Barbara and me. Though we haven't seen either of them in years, our heart aches at the loss of such a talented, wonderful woman. Keith...our prayers are with you and the family. She will be in our memories always. Love, Gary and Barbara Dalton

There was a two year period where Sharon and I would walk occasionally together early in the morning. I enjoyed spending that time with Sharon. She is such a grand lady that is faithful to the core. The thing I remember her talking most about as we would walk together is the Gospel and her family. Oh how she loved her family and oh how she loved the Gospel. I'm sure there is no one that knows this more than her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Oh how I'll miss Sharon -- I still can't believe she's gone HOME. My sister Charlotte (Dowdle) and I have been her visiting teachers and have come to love her dearly. And Keith as well -- our love and prayers for comfort and peace to you and your family. And a sweet farewell to Sharon. What a gentle, kind soul -- and what a beautiful countenance. We had the blessing of spending time with her and it will be hard not to continue -- but oh the reunions!!
