Spencer was an inspiration to all around him. He was the person you went to if you needed information on any subject.. He was so giving. He will be missed by all his neighbors. I wish his family peace of heart in knowing what a great man he was.

I will always remember our fiishing trips to strawberry and are camping trips up nebo loop, Spence always had a funny story to make us laugh, Spence was a great mechanic like no one else, Spence was a comfort in times of need with good advise when things went wrong, Spence was an honest man and He will have no one to appolagize to when He gets to heaven, untill we meet again love Doneil and Ross Blackburn.
