Grandma Fran always talked about how important family was to her. She always said how grateful she was for Ryan's mom Karen. After Ryan was born, Grandma Fran approached Karen and told her that she wanted to be part of his life. And she was. She came to birthdays, Christmas, and every other time she could. He went on vacations with them and after we were married, we always made it a point to go and see her. She came up and saw the twins, and always made a point to tell us how much that meant to her. She will be greatly missed. I loved her very much.

I remember Fran, each Sunday she was always there. She would see me and take my hand and tell me what a great job I was doing. She was always encouraging and uplifting. I loved to visit with her and I loved to hear her testimony. She was a great example. We love you Fran! :-)

Dear Family, You will be missed at the Heritage Center Thursday night dances. We were hoping we would get one more picture of you and Santa at the Christmas dinner dance. You had other plans. I'm sure you are dancing, visiting, and just having tons of fun! We always looked forward to seeing you on Thursday nights. You are a real beauty and you will be missed by many. Thanks for sharing your Thursday nights at the Heritage Center. They will also miss you at Inn & Out Burger's on Thursday night. Miss you and will see you again one day. Many blessings, Maureen (Moe) Gallagher

I moved next to Fran in Warren Griffith on Center Street American Fork Utah 1980. My mom and I were there and my son Justin. My mom knew Fran from the beauty shop which she owned and she also was on a bowling league with her. She welcomed us with open arms and was always there for us. The best Neighbours you could ever want. My mom moved away and she was like a mom to me and also Warren was very helpful and loving. For 12 years I lived in that house next door and she was in every part of our lives we called her grandma Fran and Grandpa Warren. Then I moved to Lehi where we stayed in touch and spent many hours going to movies and lunch and dinner and also talking and visiting. I will miss her dearly. She never missed a thing that my kids was ever in. Warren bless Candace and also baptized Korbin. She also ended up being the helper in my mom's Temple session when she did her own endowments and my mom was in a wheelchair and we didn't know that Fran was working that day in Provo. I know that that was a miracle and was very meant to be. Having them in my life was the best thing ever happened to me. Fran was the funnest person to be around she always had me laugh and we had a blast together! I will miss you dearly Fran and I'm glad you're up there with Warren and I hope that you will see my mom and Justin. She always said keep in touch!

Fran has been one of the famous women in my life. She was a genuine "lady" in all respects. I have loved her as my own. Got to know her at Heritage Center. Loved taking her to dances and events for many years and then loved her as Eileen brought her after I was married. Her sense of humor and stories were a delight that I will miss so much. Bob loved her as well. She was a beautiful lady and one of his favorite dancing partners. We are both missing her and loving having her a large part of our lives.
