I had the opportunity to work with Big Bill at Prosper. I remember once when Bill was doing some QA on calls, something funny happened. He was at the desk next to us with headphones on, working diligently reviewing these sales call recordings. All of a sudden, his headphones came out of the jack on his computer, and country music was blaring through the computer speakers. He turned a bit red, and we had a good laugh about it. Another time he had closed his office door, and was working in there for a while. I opened the door and it was super hot in there. He's sweating bullets and I said, you OK? He said "no its hot in here! ", sweat pouring down his face. I said, look the AC vent is blocked! He was super appreciative for that pointer. Just a great guy with lots of love for his friends.
