Mitchell Family,
Just a quick note to pass along my condolences. I will always remember learning a lot about life, hard work, team play and giving best efforts both in and out of baseball and basketball from Coach Mitchell. He truly blessed my skills, love of sports and life.
Thank you, Coach.

As we told our children and grandchildren that your Dad had passed, we were saddened by your loss, but thought how happy he will be by being with your Mom. We loved coming and getting fruits, vegetables and other goodies. Your Dad was so good to my grandkids and often gave them tastes of your goods. We will miss his stories and information about the things you sold. I was always glad when it was pinenut time. Our prayers are with your families and may you always remember the good times. Such a wonderful hard-working man. We all loved your father. I have many happy memories growing up by the orchard trees, and having fun times with the whole Mitchell family. May you know my love and prayers are with you, and that you may feel peace. I am sure he is celebrating with many loved ones.

Mitchell Family,
Sorry to read about the passing of your dear father. How we love him and have so many memories. I loved how he always wanted to share his apples with those who drove by to pick a few. I remember him saying if you ask, I will always say yes, please ask". Living across the street from the orchards I heard that statement often given to many.
He was a hard working man and loved you all so much. I remember, with fondness how much he loved my parents and my parents loved he, your dear mother and all of you. God will bless you with peace and many memories in the days to come.
Love,
D. Kim & Elizabeth Hansen

Marriner and Joyce were so much more than just our next door neighbors, they were also our Uncle and Auntie. We are going to miss him so very much, many mornings talking over the fence about our families, gardening and our chickens of course. Our house won't seem like home anymore with him next door. We are so sorry for your loss.May each of you be wrapped in the comfort of our saviors love at this time. And what a fun party on the other side right now. Know that Tony and I love each of you dearly. And you will be in our prayers.
