Obituary of Kylie Shay Tall
Kylie Shay Tall passed away on Thursday, January 7th, 2016, with family and friends holding her hands. She was 21 years old. Kylie felt emotional pain that ultimately resulted in her passing.
Kylie had many nicknames (Baby Ky, Goober, Smiley Kylie, Ky Ky, Keek, Ky Bear). Most knew her best for her snuggles, bright smile, and her accepting personality. It is impossible to adequately describe Kylie’s sensitivity and warmth. Her youngest brother says it best: “she was kind to everyone…she loved to be around everyone. She made me feel really, really good and I really liked being around her.”
As we gather as family and friends to celebrate Kylie’s life, we think of Ky Ky who loved being active and setting goals. We talk about Smiley Kylie’s contagious smile and vibrant laugh. We remember the way Ky observed others and meticulously took in the world around her. Ky Bear loved without limits. Baby Ky was always there to receive you. Keek was the last person to let go when she held your hand.
Mostly, we wish Kylie were still with us. Kylie loved the expression learn from yesterday, hope for tomorrow. Her family and friends will forever remember this message as we mourn the loss of sweet Kylie. We believe she is safe and at peace.
Kylie is survived by her parents Clayton Tall and Shauna (Steve) Rich, her sister Sydney (Tyler) Hurd, her brother Mitch Tall (McCall), her brothers Tiger, David, James, her grandparents, and so many close relatives and friends that are not mentioned here.
A viewing for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, January 13th, at the LDS Chapel on 6050 Chapel Drive, Highland UT, 84003. A celebration of Kylie’s life will follow at the same church at 11 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Highland City Cemetery.
