Obituary of Allen Phillip Welch

Allen Phillip Welch, 54, passed away November 2, 2016 in Provo, Utah. Born February 16, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Rondo Judd Welch and Charlene Kay Jespersen Welch. Allen was a student at the Utah State Developmental Center. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Lakeside 14th Ward, 2530 West 200 South in Provo, Utah. A viewing will be held Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork and Tuesday 9:15-10:15 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
