Dear Stephens Family. I'm sorry to hear about the death of your father, Art. I went to Olympus High with Art, and even asked him to a girl's choice dance one year. He was a really nice guy.
Later on, after both he married Nancy and I was married to my hubby, Gordon, Gordon and Art became friends most likely in the National Guard in Utah Valley. Our families spent a lot of Saturdays, playing board games and letting our babies, Denise and David play together. Denise was an early talker, but Dave could leap over the playpen in a single bound. Those two shared a year or two of their early childhood so much that David name one of his toys, Nicee. Both Art and Nancy were wonderful friends back in the early 1960's when we were all students and poor. I'm sure he was greeted by Gordon who left this world two years ago. Share the good memories with one another, and know that they are only across a veil that we can't see through. Love and prayers to your family.
